Fabulous hotel, it has nice restaurant and best possible location close to grocery store. Accommodating, amiable staff members are especially receptionist.

We loved the courtyard during the breakfast. The venue's position was central. Everything was really good and within 15 minutes' drive of Marco Polo airport.

Overall clean hotel in a nice building not far from canal which was very romantic, Murano. Central location, very well decorated rooms.

More than adequate breakfast, family ambiance, fab location. Special view, a beautiful balcony, great bed, too. Close to a train station, easy walk to stores and a supermarket. Service was really excellent, that made the hotel peaceful place.

Overall very nice stay at the right time. The staff was thoughtful and I had a fast checkout. Plus their wifi was excellent❤

The room was well-equipped, and we appreciated its remote location. Very close to a bus stop, nice new area. Also, the venue was within a 15-minute walk from a landmark bridge. The staff was willing to help and provided helpful customer service.

Characterful and neat hotel. The room was bright and functional and the beds were super. Had complimentary drinks in the Irish bar in the evening. Green garden outside. I loved an excellent restaurant with a Korean menu.

the hotel in details was brand new and clean enough. spacious bathroom, funny staff, what was important for me. new-fashioned room and super comfy beds. the venue was a good base for enjoying a residential area. popular restaurant inside the hotel. food was so delicious and i have nothing but very relaxing memories from this trip.

We spent an amazing time here, strongly recommend to anyone. Cannaregio district deserves to be explored. The breakfast was included and had lots of meals.

10 minute walk to catch the water bus to all the main attractions, and near restaurants frequented by locals. Value for price

Worth its 4 stars. Family junior suite can easily accommodate family. Their receptionist is the best! Only 15 min walk to downtown.

The price was good and nice location, located in a quiet neighborhood away from all of the noise

If you plan to visit grand canal, do n't pass this hotel up. Rooms where good sized.
